THE HIA MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

The HIA mentorship program offers members of HIA the opportunity to be partnered with board members to receive guidance both during and after the HIA comp.  The mentorship program is unique to HIA and provides a formal structure for career and internship search, which has proved incredibly helpful for many of our members.  The HIA board prides itself on its involvement with the mentorship program, and we are especially grateful for its ability to foster friendships and bring a high level of involvement to the club, even outside of the comp and the fund.
